Getting Started


Before we get started there are a few things I need to know which will help me to help you

Why are you seeking counselling?
It’s an opportunity to discuss exactly why you are there and what you hope to gain from counselling.

What is your current situation?
Its important for me to know about your current situation. I want to learn as much as I can about you. This will continue throughout our journey

What symptoms are you experiencing?
How are you feeling? I need you to be honest and open with me to enable you to get the most from your sessions.  During your counselling experience I hope that we can build a trusting relationship so that you feel safe and confident discussing your worries.

Counselling is not a quick fix. I won’t tell you what to do. I will travel on your journey with you.

What happens next?
Your journey has already started by visiting my page. The hardest part is accepting that you need help and then doing something about it and asking for help.

You can either contact me by emailing, texting or calling to book your  initial consultation which we can do either face-to-face or virtually through the wonders of technology.  From here, we will make a plan…together.

If we both decide to continue on this journey, each session lasts for 50 minutes
